Hello Rebecca The Solid Bar Company owner here again,

They are a chemical free, sulphate and paraben free and even better than that all our shampoo and conditioner bars are 100% vegan.

So, how to use your shampoo bar? Pretty much as in the video. If the shower is your place of choice jump right and in and soak your hair completely with water at your preferred temperature.

Then take the shampoo bar in your hand and firstly rub it between your wet hands to start to create a lather, alternatively you can lather it first directly on your hair. After just a few gentle strokes across your wet hair you will get soon notice and feel rich foam starting.

At this point the shampoo bar is no longer needed so put it to one side and then massage your hair and scalp throughout using your fingers to work the lather in all over.

When you satisfied that your hair is 'squeaky clean' rinse out the shampoo with warm water so that the entire product is removed from your hair and scalp.

Then for the final 'piece de resistance', use your favourite matching scented conditioner bar or just let your hair dry to style as you prefer.

Once done, not only will you have naturally clean healthy hair but you won't have used any chemicals, artificial fragrances or plastics that can be harmful to the planet.

A quick final tip here to make your shampoo and conditioner bars last longer. You can store them as you would any other bar soap, so in the shower out of direct line of the shower spray is fine. But to help increase the longevity, try putting it on a soap dish that has some ventilation on the bottom, so that air can circulate around it and it doesn’t get gunky underneath!

Best regards

Rebecca.
